Who said you can't eat cookies for breakfast? Someone please fire that person!
Having said that... some cookies might not quite hit that breakfast spot, so we came up with one that would! Toasted oats, shredded coconut, pecan nuts, cranberries and a hint of cinnamon, all rolled up in a deliciously balanced dough made with fresh New Zealand butter and hand cracked free range eggs, topped with a crunchy granola topping! We say ditch the toast and grab one of these instead!
Generously thick and chunky, at 145g each, this cookie is no lightweight! Ideal for indulging alone or sharing with your nearest and dearest (if you absolutely have to!).
