Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday with the following expected transit times:

All Metro areas - 1 -2 Business Days with Express Post Service

All Regional areas - 1 - 3 Business Days with Express Post Service

All orders placed before 8am will be dispatched on that day.

All orders placed after 8am will be dispatched the following day.

All orders placed after 8am on Thursdays will be shipped on the following Monday.

We bake Monday - Friday and our collection point, located at Parkside Food Co @ 88 Cambridge Street, Coorparoo is open 24 hours.

Most click & collect orders placed on week days are completed in less than 24 hours, with orders being placed on the weekend being fulfilled on Mondays.

Need cookies for a certain day and time? Simply add a note to your order at checkout and we'll be sure to have them ready for collection!

How are Cult Cookies packed for shipping?

- Our cookies are individually wrapped and sealed to maintain freshness, and are then packed into a rigid shipping box which protects the cookies during transit. This box is then placed into a compostable mailing bag to protect the box from damage and weather.

How do I change or cancel my order?

- Simply email us at hello@cultcookie.com.au or via our CONTACT page, and if your order has not yet been dispatched we'll be able to complete your request. Orders already dispatched will unfortunately be in transit and we will be unable to apply any changes in this instance.

What if my cookies arrive damaged?

- We've worked really hard to develop our packaging to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible condition. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of our shipping partners, however, sometimes a little rough treatment does occur. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please take a few photos and send these over to us at hello@cultcookie.com.au and we'll make sure to get the goods replaced. We're happy when you're happy!

I am sending cookies as a gift. Am I able to include a card / message?

- Yes! And good on you for being so generous! Just add a COMPLIMENTARY GIFT NOTE to your basket and include your message in the comments section when completing your oder, and we'll make sure that it all gets wrapped up together!
