HOW LONG DO CULT COOKIES LAST?

Our meticulous baking process ensures that your cookies will last for up to two weeks from baking date when stored at room temperature / refrigerated, and for up to three months from baking date when frozen. Refer to the Best Before date on each cookie's package, and the STORAGE and HEATING instructions below.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?

Cult Cookies should be stored refrigerated for up to two weeks from baking date. So if you won't be enjoying them within a day or two of receiving them, pop them in the fridge for safekeeping for up to two weeks.

Sometimes life really gets in the way though... and if you need to keep your Cult Cookies for more than two weeks, place them in the freezer in their original sealed packaging for up to three months.

HOW SHOULD I HEAT MY COOKIES?

There's nothing better than a freshly baked cookie, which is why we recommend heating your cookies before settling in with them.

For room temperature or refrigerated cookies, remove from packaging and place on a lined baking tray in a preheated oven at 180C for 5 minutes. Remove, cool and enjoy!

For frozen cookies, thaw to room temperature before following baking instructions above.

We'd like to think that when you drill down into it... Cult Cookies are in a league of their own. What makes them so special and what makes them cost more is the quality of the ingredients we use, from local artisan producers to makers on the other side of the World, we've scoured the globe to find the best so that we can make the best. Pair this with our meticulous baking process and hand crafted approach to every step of making our cookies, and they're actually very good value considering.

We don't just want you to be satisfied, we want you LOVE our cookies and to tell everyone you know how much you love them! So if you're not in love, please drop us an email at hello@cultcookie.com.au and we'll happily replace or refund the value of your purchase.

I HAVE AN ALLERGY, CAN I EAT YOUR COOKIES?

Our bakery is a facility which handles many common allergens including most tree nuts, egg, wheat and products containing soy. We suggest reviewing the ingredients and allergen information available on each product page on our website, and in addition each product is labelled with ingredients and allergen information. Please reach out via our contact form if we can assist with more specific information.

WHEN DO NEW FLAVOURS GET LAUNCHED?

At our Cookie Lab we're constantly working on new flavours and combinations which we'd love to bring to life. And while we don't have a specific launch schedule, the best way to get notified of new cookies is to subscribe to our emails or keep your eyes on our socials for the latest additions to the range.

HOW BIG ARE CULT COOKIES?

Our cookies weigh in at approximately 145 g each, and are around 10cm in diameter. We'd say they're the perfect size for indulging alone, but are big enough to share (if you absolutely have to!).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this stage Cult Cookie Co. does not ship internationally. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional cookie experience and most overseas logistics unfortunately impact this to a level we are just not comfortable with.
