Our original cookie dough studded with puddles of 70% dark European chocolate, topped with Olsson's sea salt blossoms, hand harvested from the Great Australian Bight. It's sophisticated in all the right ways and hits the spot with it's sweet but not too sweet, salty but not too salty profile.
Generously thick and chunky, at 145g each, this cookie is no lightweight! Ideal for indulging alone or sharing with your nearest and dearest (if you absolutely have to!).
