Our brown butter process slowly caramelises the milk solids in the butter, gently developing intense caramel and nutty notes. Pair this with the delicate taste of roasted pistachios and the sweetness of white chocolate and you have a cookie so deliciously satisfying it's not hard to see why this has become one of our best sellers.
Generously thick and chunky, at 145g each ,this cookie is no lightweight! Ideal for indulging alone or sharing with your nearest and dearest (if you absolutely have to!).
