Toasted Australian pecan nuts are the star of this show! Reminiscent of grandma's pecan pie, this one will take you back to simpler days and is perfect served warm with a scoop of fine vanilla ice cream. Oh and it also happens to be gluten free!

Generously thick and chunky, at 145g each, this cookie is no lightweight! Ideal for indulging alone or sharing with your nearest and dearest (if you absolutely have to!).
